Recently in a video, the interiors of the Mahindra XUV500 2021 have been fully uncovered. Earlier also the SUV was spotted testing on the Indian roads.

This particular time the video has unveiled the complete dashboard of the XUV500 as it is now loaded with modern features and technologies.

Manual 6-speed transmission of the XUV500 was spotted, which included features like a rotary knob near the gear lever along with an electronic parking brake and auto hold button.


The rotary knob present will be used for controlling the media functions of the infotainment system of the XUV500.

Other things that are included are Mercedes-Benz-like two attached screens, one for the touchscreen infotainment system, and another one for the instrument cluster.

The car will also be getting a wireless charging pad, automatic climate control A/c, leather-wrapped steering wheel, steering mounted controls, cruise control, and A/c vents with a chrome surround.

 It is also expected that Mahindra XUV500 2021 will also be getting the Level-one autonomous driver assistance tech, which will be segment-leading.

It may include features like automatic parking assist, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, etc.

Speaking about the engine options that will be available in the XUV500 2021, the SUV will be getting a 1.5-Liter mStallion turbo petrol engine, which will be producing 163 PS of power and 280 Nm of torque.

The 2.0-Liter mStallion turbo petrol engine, which will be producing max power of 190 PS, and the torque output will be around 380 Nm.

And the last, a 2.2-Liter diesel engine. The numbers of the power output and the torque are still awaited for this engine.

All the engines of the XUV500 2021 will be mated with a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The official launch of the Mahindra XUV500 2021 will be taking place by April- next year.
