BMW Gran Coupe Black Shadow
After the launch of the BMW Gran Coupe 2 series, now the manufacturer has introduced the Black Shadow Edition.
Pricing for the Black Shadow Edition stands at Rupees 42.30 Lakhs (ex-showroom), while the bookings will commence from 7th December 2020.
One opting for the Black Shadow Edition will be getting some exterior cosmetic changes, along with BMW “M” performance parts worth 2.50 Lakhs.
Exterior changes include gloss black mesh pattern kidney grille, blacked-out mirror caps, matt black forged 18-inch alloy wheels, black rear spoiler, floating hubcaps, and chrome exhaust tips.
While the interiors remain the same with, a digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ambient lighting, and a wireless charging pad.
The Interiors also include automatic climate-controlled A/c, automatic headlights, start/stop button, cruise control, heads-up display, electrically adjustable front seats, paddle shifters, and panoramic glass roof.
BMW Gran Coupe Black Shadow Edition will be powered with the same engine as the 220d 2-series.
The Black Shadow Edition will be powered with a 2.0-Liter 4-cylinder TwinPower Turbo diesel engine, which produces 190 HP, and the max torque output of the car happens to be 400 Nm.
BMW claims that the 2-Series can do 0-100 kmph in just 7.5 seconds and can go to the top speed of 233 kmph. The car also gets different driving modes as- Eco, Pro, Comfort, and Sport mode.
Currently, the car will be available in two colors- Alpine White (non-metallic) and Black Sapphire (metallic).
With the production in India, the Black Shadow Editions will also be limited in the Indian markets, and will only be available to book online through BMW.IN, the official website.
As the car is a Limited Edition, only 24 units of the car will only be there on the Indian roads.
