Tata Gravitas Spotted Once Again
After the Auto Expo, 2020 Tata Gravitas (the 7-seater Harrier) was in talks and one of the most awaited product from Tata.
In recent times, the SUV has been spotted testing on the Indian roads and, it was expected, that the launch may take place soon.
But, now it is highly possible that the launch may take place as the on-road testing might have come to an end because this time, the SUV was spotted without any camouflage hidings.
With the recent spy shots of the tail, the looks look slightly different from the Harrier. The rear part consists of LED taillamps connected with chrome, cladding on the lower half, rear reflectors, and Gravitas written in bold letters.
Along with this, it is sure that the SUV will be taller, wider, and longer as well.
Some of the things spotted also include a rear-mounted spoiler with a stop lamp, roof rails, shark-fin antenna, and dual exhaust tips.
As per the current reports, the interiors of Gravitas will be similar to Harrier but might get new color themes and a different textured dashboard.
Rest, the basic feature list will include an 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate-controlled A/c, steering mounted controls, push-button start, and much more.
For safety, the SUV will be equipped with multiple airbags, rear parking camera, and sensors, hill hold assists, traction control, ISOFIX child seat mounting, ABS, ESP, etc.
The Tata Gravitas will be powered with a 2.0-Liter diesel 4-cylinder engine, which will be producing 170 PS and 350 Nm of power and torque.
While the 2.0-liter diesel engine will be available in a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter transmission.
It is also expected that Gravitas might also get an option for a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine.
The SUV will be launched in the first quarter of 2021 and will be priced from 15 Lakhs onwards. (Approx)
